These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, funnels, trainings, products, and services offered by TAX DEED WOLF ACADEMY LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site, registering for a training, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Who we are

Tax Deed Wolf Academy provides educational content, trainings, and digital products related to tax deed and tax lien real estate investing. We are an education company. We are not a law firm, brokerage, financial advisor, or investment adviser.

Our brand and operating entity

Wolves of Real Estate is the customer-facing brand under which we market and deliver our trainings and products, so you may see that name across our pages, emails, and messages. The academy and its services are operated by TAX DEED WOLF ACADEMY LLC. Wolves of Real Estate USA LLC is a separate, affiliated Florida limited liability company. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the products, trainings, and services described in these Terms are provided by TAX DEED WOLF ACADEMY LLC, and all rights and obligations under these Terms run to and from TAX DEED WOLF ACADEMY LLC.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Educational purpose only — no professional advice

All content, trainings, materials, and communications are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes legal, tax, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as such.

Purchases, payments, and refunds

Prices for products and services are shown at the point of purchase and may change at any time. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide.

• Digital products and downloads are delivered electronically and are generally non-refundable once accessed or delivered
• Any specific refund or guarantee terms stated on a particular offer page govern that purchase
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in loss of access to purchased materials

Intellectual property

All content we provide — including trainings, videos, workbooks, checklists, guides, graphics, logos, and text — is owned by or licensed to TAX DEED WOLF ACADEMY LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use purchased materials for your own individual use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post our materials without our written permission.
